Thank you for a quite comfortable stay. Amazing small place, it has marvellous location just next door to madikeri fort and raja's seat as well as the tourist spots like Raja's seat, Madikeri Fort, Abbey falls. The attached restaurant serves AWESOME food.

The location is favourable, a 10-minute walk from a bus station.

The standard king room with all the amenities was fantastic, and the location was great being close to a historic fort; I also enjoyed a meal at the nearby restaurant.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that was a good value for the price, with two complimentary drinks and snacks upon check-in. The parking was limited and a bit of a hassle to find a spot. the hot water supply was only available for certain hours, and this caused some inconvenience.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location as it was close to popular tourist attractions like a sunset viewpoint and a waterfall. The staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast served in the room was good with a variety of South Indian dishes. we appreciated the clean rooms and basic facilities available.

Hot water was available 24 hours and the complementary breakfast was good with many vegetarian options to choose from. the hotel is located in an easily accessible area and is close to many local attractions. the parking was ample and the in-house restaurant served good food.

The room was not up to expectations in terms of cleanliness, and the bedsheets and towels were stained. the staff also provided poor service, and the check-in process was not smooth.
